My therapeutic modalities are
Emotion Efficacy Therapy(EET)
A type of therapy designed to help clients better understand and manage their emotions. EET focuses on building skills to handle strong feelings in a healthy way, rather than trying to suppress or avoid them. By learning how to effectively work with your emotions, EET aims to improve your overall well-being and help you respond to life’s challenges in a more balanced and effective manner.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
A type of therapy that helps clients navigate difficult feelings and thoughts by focusing on what truly matters to them. Instead of trying to avoid or control unpleasant emotions, ACT encourages you to accept them and stay committed to your values and goals. The idea is to help you live a richer, more meaningful life by embracing your experiences and taking action based on what’s important to you.
Narrative Therapy
A type of therapy that focuses on the stories we tell ourselves about our lives. It helps you explore and understand the narratives that shape your identity and experiences. By examining and re-writing these stories, you can gain new perspectives and find new ways to approach challenges. The goal of Narrative Therapy is to empower you to change the way you view yourself and your life, leading to a greater sense of control and fulfillment.
